Our responsibility
We are not responsible for lost files, lost revenue or indirect damages. The maximum claim against us is limited to 50 EUR or the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

If third-party claims arise because of what you uploaded or did, you agree to cover resulting costs unless the issue was clearly caused by us.
