These are the rules for using TrackMania CDN. Please read them before uploading or sharing files.

1) What this service does

TrackMania CDN lets you upload and share files. We host your files and give you links you can use in TrackMania or elsewhere.

2) Your account

  • You are responsible for your own account and password. Don’t share them carelessly.
  • You must be old enough and legally allowed to use online services in your country.

3) Your files

You keep ownership of everything you upload. But by uploading, you give us permission to store and deliver the files so the service works (for example: caching, thumbnails, and streaming).

4) What you cannot do

  • No illegal files (piracy, child abuse material, malware, hate content).
  • No spamming, harassment, or attempts to break the service.
  • Respect copyright. Only upload things you have the rights to share.

5) Privacy

We store basic account data (like your email) and file info (size, name, stats). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6) Service reliability

We try to keep the service online 24/7. But sometimes servers go down. We don’t promise 100% uptime.

7) No guarantees

We provide this service “as is”. That means we don’t guarantee it will always work perfectly or be bug-free.

8) Our responsibility (limited)

If something goes wrong, we are not responsible for lost files, lost money, or indirect damages. The maximum you could ever claim from us is 50 EUR or what you paid in the last year (whichever is higher).

9) Your responsibility

If someone sues us because of what you uploaded or did, you agree to cover our costs—unless it’s clearly our fault.

10) Ending use

You can stop using TrackMania CDN whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that break the rules or the law.

11) Legal stuff

  • These rules follow Austrian law.
  • If there’s a legal dispute, the place is Vienna, Austria.
  • If one rule here is invalid, the rest still apply.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the service after changes, it means you agree with the new version.
