Added real-time Chat with Admin directly inside the dashboard, replacing the old one-time contact form.

Added an iMessage-style chat layout with grouped bubbles, date separators, author labels, and sent/read status.

Chat now sends messages instantly, supports Enter to send and Shift+Enter for a new line, auto-scrolls to the latest message, and refreshes regularly while open.

Added unread chat badges in the topbar and automatic mark-as-read behavior when opening a conversation.

Improved chat usability on mobile with a layout that works properly on smaller screens.

Added a new notification bell in the topbar with an unread counter.

Added notification tabs for All, Locks, Unlocks, and News to make updates easier to scan.

Users can now dismiss single notifications, clear all notifications in the current view, and restore hidden notifications.

Locked file handling was reworked with a proper Request Review button directly on restricted files.
